First thing you have to know is about the company you are working at. What the company does, it's goals, market orientation, organization scheme, people around you and their possitions... Therefore, I would mention adoption and learning skills. These are essential things for every possition within a company.
Next, knowledge about computer technology(es) is mandatory, just as knowledge of the language.
Organization, prioritizing tasks and communitcation skills which are needed for precize and timely delivery of an information are more than needed for an administrative worker.
Typing skills and knowledge about all of the communication channels inside the company can directly reflect on the speed and precizion of distribution of an information.
