chiller sytem is good for big building. and less of maintenance expencise.and stables cooling system. and dx sytem depend the area are needed
Chillers consumes less power than DX system, It occupies less space. Maintenance cost is less as compared to DX system. It is more economical when heat load is big.
the chillers is prefered than the DX units in big buildings or a group of buildings served with one chiller to save spaces depending on that the supply units could be far away from the cooled area
and the losses in the chillers are much less because we are having a closed loop of water that transfer the energy with the open air (FCU or AHU)
Easy to deal with ( during the maintenance)
