In order to counter that ,whenever you're stressed think of gratitude of whats making you stress.

I go on stage for public speaking and think wow they're alot, I become stressed. Then I think of the cure,gratitude. I immediately start thinking to myself that thank god for this oppurtunity that I got to speak infront of all those people. They're all here to listen to me.
Fear tends to result in a bad decision making. Developing self confidence will set yourself into another level wherein you will fear no more, and be able to freely move out of your comfort zone.
