How do I improve team cooperation as a manager?

I suggest that as a manager, one have to create mutual coordination among his staff. He has to get together meetings with his staff, listen to their ideas and then to implement some orders. He has to create mutual cooperation between staff that one can help one another and facilities his staff in all their problems.

lead by doing, innovate through creativity and curiosity, be a supportive supervisor and encourgae curiosity, imagination and creativity.

By building good communication skills between staff members as well for putting them in group meetings that provides better feed-back and results.  Putting them closer to each other and spliting duties in a fair way.

 

there are a lot of ways for this:

Brain storm: try to make brain storming frequently every month if possible or every project initiation or delivery and listen for new ideas and new improvement process internally or externally  try to avoid any individual evaluation always try to evaluate team work and assign tasks on more than one recourse to force them to cooperate to finalize the task.

Try to implement a clear process for cooperation like anyone help others in tasks will have a credit and by end of the month or quarter they small prizes based on this credit. Try to make one to one meeting with each of them to understand closely if there is any personal issues prevent cooperation’s

 

my suggestion is team building, more activities, team members go out as a group, team work, you know. And if your crews are all young people, you can even take them to a 5 v 5 electronic sports events, such as counter-strike 1.6, counter-strike go etc, all need very good team work and team spirit if you want to win the game. :D

Be humble firstly don't share yet your mind and listen first and list out point which u think to be good

Being a leader can improve team cooperation., And don't be a boss to command your team

Share your ideas with your team mates , listen to their own ideas too before decide or chose the best or the right one from there
