Permanent contract with a good salary with limited business exposure or renewable one with same good salary and huge business exposure?

I am on a permanent contract with my current employer, and am offered a good salary, however, the business exposure is not meeting my expectations.I got an offer these days with almost the same salary in another company that shall provide higher level of exposure, yet on a2 years renewable contract .. do think it is wise to sacrifice the stability i am having for the sake of the exposure i need to experience ?
