Scrum is meant for a smaller team (of 7-9 people) can deliver in an Agile way but if Agile has to be implemented at an enterprise level then SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is used.

Kanban is also becoming popular these days, some of its principles like WIP limit helps the teams to increase their efficiency.

Kanban is the mostly used second agile framework used by companies who tends to move to agile technologies. The main reason is due to less moedrated framework where a project can be claimed as Agile project project by using a white board having tasks in hand for the development team with no specific delivery deadlines. A white board which shows what each and every member of Kanban development team does will be visible to entire project team with status. Delivery for each requirement tasks will be pushed to production/UAT phase once a task for a member is completed. Also, if a user story for a member is slowed in progress due to any bottlenecks, it may be clearly visible to all team members.

In short words, kanban is a agile framework which can be used by companies which are interesting to start a agile project and once they are excile with it, they can be moved to Scrum methodology.
