A critical challenge I faced in my previous work at MJM Factory was with the staff. After handling a team of 60 promoters at once in the IT Sector, I must say the F&B Industry seems to be a much tougher one that I anticipated it to be. I faced the issue where IF I fire one person in the near future for being the black sheep of the group then it would be that the other two of his colleagues who were his friends would also leave. I resolved such a challenge by not handling the staff as the measures I take are strictly with business ethics, I gave this responsibility back to the managing director of the management of the staff to avoid any mishap!
