(A). As per the standard rule, customer is always right. Customer is someone who have invested something to get a service. Therefore, if a customer is complaining there will be a ligit and valid reason. If not then descalating a customer is our motive and main goal.

When the customer's is complaing regarding the product or services that means that they're not satistied. It needs to be more focus on customer standard and preferences for them to repeat the business.
