How do you ensure you choose the best timing for a virtual meeting with partners from different continents?

Due to time difference between different continents, meeting timing should be convenient to all. I would make sure to set a timing occurring before the dawn to all parties. Then, timing should be confirmed by email with each of the partners. 

After confirmation one day prior with all partners from different continents for virtual meeting.
