How do you demonstrate leadership?

Leadership shows authority when leading their subordinates, its also need to gain respect and confidence, establish a feeling of teamwork and supports and leads the team members as well. Being a leader must handles details personally and can delegate appropriately. they also encourage the team to participate and promotes a feeling of harmony and fairness.

I demonstarte leadership by leading through doing. I also offer examples of why failing to do something in a prescribed manner may noit work. I have long and vast experience in my field and I am able to pick these from experience.
