How can I overcome stress
A couple of years ago, stress led me to depression. At the beginning, I didn't understand this, but then, even my favorite music and close people began to irritate me. I had to try various options - from meditation to professional help. I got online therapy sessions to get rid of the blues and live a full life again. It wasn't easy, but therapy helped me a lot
For me, sometimes stress can be a good thing because it helps me conquer fears or motivates me to get something done. But when I'm constantly in a state of tension and anxiety, it can have an effect on my body’s physical and emotional state. However, there are several relaxation techniques can help with stress reduction, including guided imagery, taking deep breaths from the diaphragm, meditation, massages and sometimes performing yoga.
Meanwhile, below are some of the effective ways to combat stress.
a) Eating nutritious food such as healthy fruits and vegetables and reducing sugar intake.
b) Regular exercise such as walking, engage to sports and enjoying yoga classes.
c) Getting enough sleep.
d) Observing a regular and proper diet.
e) Spending time with family and love ones or doing smiling activities.
f) Accepting enough workload and avoiding excessive workload.
g) Thinking positive thoughts instead of negative thoughts.
h) Managing time and daily responsibilities.
