The key factors for the successful completion of any project -ahead of time- are:

  1. Excellent Planning and realstic Schedule
  2. Preparation of resources (manpower, equipments and materials)
  3. Strong and excellent Communication/relationship between Client, Stakeholders, PMCM/Consultants and Contractors.
  4. Cash-flow/monthly interim payments on-time without any delays for any reasons
  5. Ahead planning to get all required approvals and permits
  6. Strong and ahead Stakeholders Management 
  7. Ahead removal of all existing or expected obstructions from the limits/right of way of the project
  8. Strong Contract/Strong difinition for the scope of work to avoid any change orders/claims
  9. Excellent/experienced project and construction management staff
  10. Team Work with one objective.
