On the final startup of 3x 1 Mega watt 11 KV output HFO Fired Power plant. we encountered an issue of synchronization of 3 gen-sets. we were using DSE 8610 for this purpose but the response was not appropriate during synchronizing. So after an hour of brain stroming a harsh decision was taken by me informing management that these modules are useless as those were brought a few days ago, it was tough though but i changed those control modules with italian sices spending extra money in order to avoid further loss of time and production. At the end it turns out benificial for us.
