To have patience and let the customer speak his issues or problems and then to apologies for the inconvenience. Treat every complaints call as an opportunity to improve your performance score.  ;-)

Two most important things for being motivated while solving customers complaints that is: 1- Calmness 2- Positive Attitude CALMNESS :Gives you to listen patiently and improves understanding ability. POSITIVE ATTITUDE: Gives you to work in a adverse condition.
