Can you serve guest to make him satisfied beyond the rules & regulations of company?

Eventhough customer satisfaction is very important thing I myself cannot gohead and serve the customer beyond the rules but I will check with my higher authorities if I can do anything which can satisfy the customer without causing any damage to the company.

I make sure satisfation of the client who do bussiness with us .but i ensure that it should not exceed or extend any company policies .

I would do whatever it is in my ability to make  a guest satisfied,and if i can not then i would very politely apologise and give an alternative if it is available

in my 2 yrs experienced of being a customer service, we need to provide all satisfactions of the custmer because if we dont have a customer the company will down. the best thing is provide all the satisfaction to the customers.

yes because im a waiter so everytime i have a guest i treat theme good and welcoming to my work area and also to make theme comportable and serve theme good services to make the customer satisfied
