There is no one straight answer to the question, time management is always a good answer, re-organize your time to fit 9 tasks, delegation of activities is another answer, support tools to accelerate performance of tasks could also be an answer.
coordinate with my manager to allocate the priority
Go to the tasks that are implemented quickly and never take time, which does not take time and also fast implementation in order to save time for the ninth task
if am the one i will devid my time in other to make sure that no stone is left unturned.
thats to to say that i will join two in one, depending on the type of work and the place of each.
if its an my office then you dont have to worry about that because we African know how to manage time in every thing we do.
thanks very well

bonjour
have to finish 08 tasks to gain the time and make the 9 tasks
What I do in such cases once I realize that I'm running out of time: I prioritize my tasks and for the less important ones I choose to sacrifice quality or increase the probability of mistakes in order to complete all tasks...later & whenever I have the time luxury, I search for ways to organize these specific 9 tasks in a better way, so that at a hypothetical repeat of that situation time would be enough. My approach would be different only if I would judge that all 9 tasks are of high importance. In that case, I wouldn't sacrifice quality, I would prefer to miss a deadline for the less important task(s)...but then I might not even sleep until I found a way to never let it happen again...and there is one more case: the time provided is not objectively reasonable. In that case once I completed the ninth task by following one of my two approaches, I would deal with whatever caused that situation...
Adjust all 9 tasks in total time given (time for 8)
