What do you think of a manager who clings to a bad decision under pretext of being absolutely right, even humiliating others or arguing indefinitely?

maybe he is manager because he was old people at company not manager by his work. i see he do that because he never feel satisfaction and he always see people need his place and  he show this face because he was afraid for his position.
