Rather than looking at it like "being used" or "abused" or "negatively", look at it as a challenge and a test that you OUGHT TO PASS. Not to make your manager happy but for yourself to see if you can multitask and take the pressure of performance and quality at the same time with "too many tasks".
will give you more confidence and make you a better person at work. so take it as a blessing in disguise
