A customer refuses to buy the product i promote rather requests me to suggest a better product in market, Should i suggest him/her other product?

With good approach and understanding, i will do my possible best to convince him or her to buy my product, because i really know much about my product and i know it will really satisfy his or her needs, so i will not speek about product i don't know much about its contents

Before you suggest other product, understand the customer want, after that you can tell him other product but (you should know all our competitor product and their faults) you will capitalize on it and bring out you own product good and little fault

Try in a smart way to check his / her needs for the product & start to highlight the unique selling proposition of your product.

Try to find an outlet to avoid talking about the competition directly unless you know by heart the difference & you are able to well explain highlighting the strengths of your product.
