In some respects, the ISO 9001:2015 was rewritten from scratch. Its structure and terminology have been reworked to better match similar standards and make it more "user friendly" to companies using the standard. And while virtually all ISO 9001:2008 requirements have been preserved, there are some significant new additions. Here’s a listing of some Changes:

      1. New Look, Organization and Terminology      2. Expanded Leadership Responsibilities for Top Management      3. Management Planning to Address the Context of the Organization      4. Introduction of Risk-Based Thinking      5. Flexibility in Documentation Requirements      6. Strengthened Process Approach      7. Planning for Changes      8. Managing Organizational Knowledge      9. People Resources    10. Design and Development of Services

Hi.

ISO or International Organisation for Standardisation is an international standardisation which are used to bring same B2B standards across different domain of the globe, also providing the people with the trust of Global Standards which are being used worldwide on almost all verticals. The are many standards ranging from Salt to steel and from Ship to Aerospace.

Now, if you opted for the Certification and you think that businesses will be flowing at you after that then you are 100% wrong about it. You need to implement and also follow the international standards, otherwise there is no benefit of implementing it.

Quality is a mindset of the top manamgent, if the Top Management is strict about it then it will be more benefited to the Organisation.

Thanks!
