Do you think that bay.com is a really platform for the employees? does your time investment in bayt.com has beneficiary till yet?

Not yet..Bayt is becoming more business oriented  (asking payment for everything) than to help candidates to find out jobs. They are already charging an amount from the employer and asking for charges from canidates, if they want to keep the resume on top among the others, to know who viewed their resume etc. Sometimes just get a feeling that we are unnecessary spending time infront of Bayt as I cannot pay money for all these as I am on visit and do not have a job.

Yes indeed Bayt.com is a great platform for the employees.  Bayt is helping potential employees to enhance their knowledge through this plat form and no doubt is a benefitial chanell and eventually will be benefited as well if something materialized in future.

If we are answering questions and being helpful to other (real) people in the job market, then it is good. I don't see it as helpful to job seekers, just another form of social media. This is not a bad thing, but it is unfair when people come here serious about finding a job. 

l am sure it is a good site.You engage on real matters related to various fields,it is a learning curve to many of us.Quick fixes(the norm of the modern age) is(according to me) not good.Bayt.com sees one through the grill,you see yourself going up(knowledge wise)through engaging with superior minds.My time on the site is superb,l have grown to like it a lot.

Really bay.com is a really platform I have gained Acknowledgement by reading , be day by day wait for good chance and sit  waiting good news. Also let me proud to be one of the their team , this is make me very proud to be known&Endrous .

2/ Potential employees or

3/ Job seekers 

I found it more useful w.r.t to have awareness about Middle East HR fraternity and their mode of working. I would love to reply to various questions post by users, though, one thing i mentiioned earlier too that due to non-arabic i can't reply to theose post which are in their native language. Bayt.com must add a translate button for non-Arabic users.

yes I think so, It's not depend on bayt or any other employees platform it's depend on your qualification 

Not yet, but good business who work on it did a good job but it's far from being great yet.
