Thanks to invite.
Being a Muslim I always prefer to eat the Hilal foods and aviod to take Haram foods.
All that is forbidden in The Islamic Religion and is not permissible such as pork meat , Meat of predators animals , insects, alcohol and Wine , as well as can not eat raw foods or immature, and what harms the digestive system and causes trouble for health and harms such as hot spicy food and fried foods and fatty sweets.
Thanks for invitation,
Ham, as it is forbidden in accordance to the Muslim Religion.
Any thing deep fried in oil. It makes me sick also not good for health.
Firstly, for years, i have realised choosing what to eat largely depends on individual body system while the condition of the food has to do with your religion/believe.
Meanwhile, i try to make balance with taking low sugar and little salt, too much of both could be so damaging. In a nutshell, my body reacts fast to sweet foods and would always condemns me to the toilet. That is my exception.
Thanks for the recognition
Any food forbidden by Allah because it is not halal
Processed Meats Made With Nitrates or Nitrites: Step away from the deli counter. Processed meats in the U.S. such as ham, salami, hot dogs, and bacon aren't just full of unhealthy fats. They can have up to 400 percent(!) more sodium and 50 percent more preservatives than unprocessed red meats. The worst part: Some contain nitrites and nitrates, chemical additives that have been linked to various cancers, but are still used to enhance color, promote taste, and prevent spoilage. These ingredients must be listed on food labels, so look out for them and opt for meats that don't contain them.
