You can make customers feel that they are your partners in product development and that their opinions will make a differenceBy constantly responding to their proposals, thanking them and implementing good and useful views of the companyAlso some awards, offers, discounts and gifts to more commentators on the product will be effective

one of the ways to get customers’ feedback you need to be close enough to them to get their opinions and you should be in touch with them as possible as you can.
