a part of my job functions were to check Contractor inspection & job reports, records, measuring calibration certificates, personal qualification records, review work instructons & prcedures, and etc., to y mind - my biggest achievement was that my colleagues and direct supervisor were confident of my work and I became a model in the verification of documents, where almost in every Contractor document errors, mistypes were corrected as per findings.
In my role, maintaining accurate documentation and implementing efficient organization systems for university projects has been a significant achievement. It ensures seamless workflows and reliable information access for various departments.

I have always work in a capacity of secretrial role. my greatest achievement has been toorganise office decor, cleaniness and organise everything related with Director.

I have been working in Qatar as a DOCUMENT CONTROLLER since 1992 (till this date) and have gained different experiences from the obtained daily tasks (by playing a responsibleful role in my career with 15~20 nos. various engineering projects).
Also I trust, the most challenging period to a DC for his achivement is.. the final preparation of "CLOSING OUT DOSSIERS AND COMPLETE HANDING OVER OF PROJECT DOSSIERS TO THE CLIENT, ASSOCIATED AUDIT BUREAU AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT & END-USER along with its LOG, HARD COPY & SOFT COPY FILES" as well without a single missing of record.
* In my Concern, the DC Job is not an easy Job.
* Completion of each Project would be an achievement to a DC specialist.
