3. How I can be of additional help / assitance to this client
4. What actually distinguishes my Product/Servie that is of interest to customers
5. Which reason the customer needs to reason on his mind for LISTENING to me
6. What ideas I can convey to the customer to make him challenge himself
7. Which area(s) competition could have failed and I can succeed
Questions as demonstrated above can get you somewhere with the proper idea(s) at the right time with the person in mind.
Nevertheless, being close and under the attention of that person is the KEY.
