Tell me about yourself. common question in job interviews, what is the optimal answer?

Link up yourself with the question that employer would like to know about yourself that would be the best answer.

Right this is very common question..start with your strenth your achivements and what you like what is your expection in future explain your behviour ...if you have exp tell them about your job achivemnts .

Answer with golden words, means talk little with neccessary information, Dont elaborate and fall into trubble..

I am energetic. Try my skills before hiring me as the words for myself will be everything. I ask the recruiters(Employers) to test me for my skills.

you must know that ‘tell me about yourself’ doesn’t mean the employer want your life story. Summarize your skills and experience in a way that make you stand out and show why you are the best person for this job if any.

Well I think there cannot be an optimal answer.  Rather it would be based on the position you have applied for. List out your strengths and any weaknessness, if any, and try to be honest with the revelations.  Try to make it in context with the current job opening and your experience and suitability for the post.

HOW CAN I GET A JOB IN THAT PATICULAR AREA ?

Always enlighten your skill not experience. Because nowadays it is a time of skilled persons not only experienced.

Be honest and to the point.

Firstly make a research about yourself, then make a list of you all achievements and experiences. Start telleing from your qualification, then about your behaviour, your achievements and your experience. Make a research about employer`s requirements about that specific job and relate your skills with his requirements.

AS A MANAGER WE ARE DEALING IN A WEEK WITH MORE THAN50 CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS, AND WHEN I ASK THEM TELL ME ABOUT YOUR SELF - SO THEY PROBABLY SAYING ABOUT THEIR NAME, EDUCATION QUALIFICATION WHERE THEY STAY HOW MUCH KID THEY HAVE AND THEIR HOBBIS,

BUT THIS IS WRONG

WHAT WE NEED IS,

YOUR INTRODUCTION, EDUCATION BACKGROUND WITH SPECILAZATION, ANY ACADEMIC RECORD OR PROJECT, THEN JUMP TO JOB YOUR DOING CURRENTLY THEN THE EXPERIENCE YOUR HAVING FOR SAME RELATED JOB AND WHAT YOU CAN DO BETTER TO UPGRADE THAT JOB LEVEL AND WHAT YOU CAN DO BETTER FOR COMPANY - I MEAN HOW YOU CAN BE ASSETS TO THE COMPANY -(MOST ARE SAYING GIVE US CHANCE TO PROOVE) WRONG WAY TELL HOW YOU CAN PROOVE IN THAT10 MINS MORE OR LESS TIME, WHY HE CHOOSE YOU FROM REST.
