The real trick to this is to be your own unique person, not like everyone else who may be applying for your job.  Sometimes an experience that you've had may tip the scales in your favor, or a hobby you participate in may catch the reviewer's eye.  There is no telling what that might be, but providing a clear and unique perspective of yourself in your CV can make all the difference when compared to another candidate who does not show their individuality.

Short answer (hack): just highlight those skills separately from other usual conventional skills in a special section or introduce them your cover letter.

Detailed answer:

e.g. if you already have generic skills section that is named (Professional Skills) try making a section called (Significant or Considerable Skills) for instance.

Or

Try putting some effort mentioning them in the cover letter, you may hate writing cover letters, which most people generally do and only a few people put in the effort to write a really outstanding one if they write one at all, some job applicants think, “Well my experience should speak for itself” or “Everything I have to say about my qualifications is on my resume,” in some cases that could be true, even still, in the rigid structure of a resume, your personality just has a much harder time shining through and the cover letter is your chance to really introduce your different set of skills.

Those two above methods can be tremendously effective for attracting an employer, but at the end, making them a winning card to outperform all other candidates and earn your needed vacancy depends on 2 perspectives:

1- The need for those skills to an employer

when you could remarkably point out one specific vacancy from a specific employer out of a hundred vacancies, that you know you have their needed and I'm stressing on "needed" skills not required skills.

2- Your believe on those skills

when you really believe that your skills are different & you could recognize them.

This is a very interesting question and there is no perfect answer for it. I believe that all of us are uniq individuals and that we all have different views and oppionions and way of expressing.

Expressing and individualization is the key for each CV. We all have to bring that personal note to the CV that will be recognized by the hiring Manager. It is the sam when we are completing a review for the colleague, many people do make a mistake and they are not personalizing reviews, which is the worst that it can be done. Same goes for CV, it has to be personalized and it has to reflect you. We all can include comon crutial points, however if it is not personalized, it will not be interesting.

Include points that you have done while working on certain job, include achievements, projects, tasks, awards and other points that will make you different from the rest of the candidates. When including projects ensure they are relevant for the position you are

Ensure to place, in your work description, all the important points, needed for the position that you are applying for, at the begining of each work experience section.

I hope this will assist,

Regards

Wow a great question.....

Yes the answer is " What are the different skills you have? "

To add some thing different to your  profile only you can find in yourself.....but Always recruiters filter resumes using very common and well known skills except some special cases with regard to specification.

Well, I am not sure this works, because you cannot make up something you don't posess nor do you want to be dishonest or misleading. However, you can definitely format and present your resume differently. Sometimes hiring a professional resume writer can make sense here. I will also say that aside from a resume, most jobs I have gotten came through networking more than just sending in a blind resume.

By constructing cv structures that differes from the competetors
