I WANTED TO EXPAND THE IMAGINATION AND SWIM IN THE WORLD OF TRUTH
AND HONEST STORY , READ THE CORON
Personally, I entered the realm of fiction literature starting with the Harry Potter series. It's perhaps the reason youths belonging to my generation appreciate reading as a leisurely activity. It also happens to be quite safe (somewhat regrettable), and therefore, very marketable and has effortlessly reached adult audiences as well. The novels are literally a page-turner. Once your exhausted eyes have decided that they have had enough after clearing 150 pages, a climactic chapter or event occurs, and before even expecting it, you have already finished reading the book in its entirety in less than 5 sessions.
As for drama, Shakespeare would be an excellent choice. It is a consensus among Shakespeare enthusiasts that the best way for intial readerships to approach or rather digest Shakespeare is to begin with "Julius Caesar". Its plot, characters, dynamics, and themes are not difficult to interpret to beginners or even novices. In case the reader fails to use the power of imagination, you can watch motion picture adaptations of this masterfully written Roman tragedy provided that the picture is faithful to the play in every aspect and does not take too many liberties.
I am sorry Idon't like fiction nor drama ,it's better to ask another person ,hope you find your answer .
Where do your interests lie specifically? I can make recommendations of many genres of fiction and several nonfiction pieces loaded with drama and engaging story lines. The difference lies in what kinds of stories you gravitate towards. I have a penchant for science as well as poetry, so I go more to science fiction and epic poetry...two extremes, I know. I appreciate most genres to some extent, but keep coming back to those.
If you identify where your passions lie in story genres, it is much easier to set up a list of possible manuscripts to read.
I recommend to start with fiction since it is more motivated and this will encourage you to read more as a start
Start with Tolkien, Dreiser, Thackeray, Lewis
