What are the requirements of getting a working visa to Lebanon when I am not a citizen of same country?
The very first & foremost thing is that you need to have a job offer letter from your lebanese employer. Because the offer letter is required to submit along with your other documents while applying for Work visa. Also, your employer will have to submit an application to the General Security after getting approval from the Labor Ministry that the job they are hiring you for, can only be done by you as you have got those expertise. In general terms, you can call it as a Recommendation Letter from your Lebanese employer. It will boost up the chances of approving your working visa.
You may also have to submit the identity documents of your dependents in your own country. This is to indicate that embassy needs to be assured that you have dependents in your own country & so you will go back once your employment is overed.
You can also apply for a Temporary Residency Visa if you have plans to work there for longer terms. If there is family like Spouse & Children, even their Residency Visa can also be granted. You can apply for Residency Visa after you complete 3 months of your stay. Please take a note that Spouse can not Work in Lebanon though she has got the residency visa. Residency Visa allows you to stay for 1 year & it will have to be renewed annually.
Apart from that, healthy Bank Statements are required to be submitted in order to prove that you are enough capable of taking care of yourself & family in Lebanon.
Besides, you can always keep some extra documents with you. For example, if your employer is sponsoring your journey, accomodation etc., you can request for a sponsorship letter from them. It is not mandatory to submit this, however, this will definitely boost up the chances of granting visa.
Kindly not to opt for any agent by paying unncessary. Agent will just tell you which documents are needed & nothing else. Granting Visa - totally depends upon how strong your documents are. Agent can not do anything in that. So be aware of that. For more information, please explore the official site
