If there is no miscomprehension on my part regarding the question, then l believe that literal translation should be avoided at all cost. This can be done by using the application Google Translate only as a last resort due to its lack of reliability and use more credible websites such as Wordreference and almaany. In case the translator encounters any difficulty regarding sentence formation, then l personally recommend reversocontext for finding the most suitable form of syntactic borrowing; in addition, research is a mandatory skill for translators. One can copy and paste his translation into the Google search engine to find how commonly the proposed terminology is used. Regarding objects, Google Images can be used to see firsthand how certain tools actually look like. In conculsion, basically, translation has never been necessarily about discovering the exact lexical equivalent but rather the contextual equivalent for the differences between the SL and the TL are not just the sounds but also the culture.
