Well, in my humble opinion, i would up and leave. For one, as a recruiter we are not the final decision makers for any candidate that is being interviewed for a role so it really isn't me that he/she has to impress and while you can argue and debate the final result of the candidate, ultimately it comes down to the department head. I strongly believe that any HR professional in the recruitment sector will find this approach a little aggresive and will put the candidate in a state that has a high chance of giving you a good interview. Many recruiters unfortunately forget that they are brand ambassadors and need to constantly reflect the image of the brand in a positive and seamless experience.
Then again, some may not agree with me and believes that candidates "should" be put under pressure in an interview to see how they behave through it but everybody is entitled to their own opinions i guess.
your previous commitments and achievement brifely (truth) , those reflected your personality
you are beautiful. and what a lovely dress you have worn today. you have a dashing mesmerising personality.
Any indidvidual loves to be praised! and genuine praise brings smile on people. So to start my interview well i will give a beautiful smile and appreciate their ( interviewer) personality.
