Work environment is divided according to departmental scope of work. Cubicle work environment is money and space consuming. It should be applicable to only senior officer for their grade reward. Result should be productive and efficient in work environment rather than working place.

Ideal work environment depends on self and it differs for every individual. Within my perspective, i like to work in open space, healthy competition, high energy, and people interacting with each other on various topics, or getting solution to problem. Friendly and open door policy is my type of environment i  like to work with. Cubicles are for people who follow rules of 9 to 5 and back home during weekends, not for person like me. cubicles restrict creativity and thought process. There is no difference between boudaries of home and cubicles, one has to follow rules in both environment and its kind of rigid.
