What are the most important values any leader must demonstrate?

A leader must be a good example for the follower ,act of been honest,kind,generous, simple to move it.

A leader must be a reflection of the key ideals, that the leader and organization, wishes to view in its employees.

The values a leader must demostrate are:

1. Respect all employee even the cleaners
2. Show and demostrate willinness to assist on employee when the need arises
3. Attend meeting and allow employees to contribute before makeing decisions
4. Good lisners and respect for company policy
5. Always wear smilling face

Care, healthy environment, development people. Leading by example

To me personally, the values of integrity, customer focus , respect for people and learning are most important. If integrity is valued , the people in the organisation will remain pure and committed to each other, demonstrate it to their customers and stakeholders and remain socially responsible. All of this will lead to trust - which matters to everyone.
