For maintaining long term relationship with the customers are listed below;

1. Approaching pitch line

Opening with greeting- It should be neat-clear sentences with greeting on what you want them to know and what you want from them.

Closing- Neat/clear closing of your conversation shows your intention and how much your are interested with customer.

e.g. "Thank you for your valuable time, It was wonderful talking with you, thank you"

2.Service Knowledge- We need to be aware on our services that customer need.

3. Follow up - Whether we are in business hour or offline we need to follow up our customer for maintaining good relation and also letting them know our interest upon them.
