What item do you wish to add to the Labor Law in either your country or the country that you work in?

I would like to add an item to the Labor Code in my country concerning the prohibition of what is known as a service contract contract, because this kind of contract does not cause clear damage to the migrant worker

Giving all those present in their country or abroad rights that will help them to co-exist safely and obtain all the rights available to them

In KSA, we need time to integrate a labor culture, for example; we don’t have syndicates, someone who’s able to speak on behalf of workers. There is a big relation between the investment and the private sector, we hope we improve it, and this will contribute more advantages to the labor law in the country.
