Well, some people already recommended the websites I use, so I can only recommend you the page I used to start learning English. It's https://livexp.com/skills/english, and I know for a fact that learning the language with a tutor is way more effective than doing it by yourself. I think you can contact native speakers there, and they'll come up with a vocabulary-oriented program for you.
Coursera is a great website for many courses and assignments. It will help you focus on English vocabulary.
You must keep on searching different websites to improve your English but i would recommend you an 'Oxford Advance Dictionary' and reading of English 'News Paper'regularly the later will definitly improve your thoughts, content, mental level and depth unconsciouly: so, you will be able to speak in English Languaqe.

Basically I think reading helps a lot.Go for short articles ,read, assimilate and note down the words unfamiliar to you .Also, I have noticed that speaking and listening to those who are having native or near native fluency helps a lot.
There are so many that obe cannot choose easily. What I do advise is to checl the sites of those Students Books we use - they usually provide tasks and links
