For the time being, I do prefer walking for- minutes on a daily basis or at least five days per week.
In fact I do not exercise sport physical fitness exercises sport , but I prefer walking.
Bodybuilding and heavy weight lifting. good for overall health and mental stat, being in good shape, fastest way for burning fat.
Swimming Cause it relax muscles and do not effect in ppl. have any problems in bone and joint specially those with kneo problems.
Wushu Kung fu is one of my favourite sport ever. I practice it with open heart and get health benefits from my sport.
The truth is that I do not have a definition for a specific one, I prefer to do all of them and eat well, always looking for the best option, I find things that interest me, here I found a good product to help take care of my body, it is an excellent nutritional supplement, very good, especially that it helps much the intestinal flora.
Hello, Sarah- You ask a "double" question and I will clarify it better. The term "fitness sports' does not exist for me. "Sports", as a whole are events that promote game, drama, and excitement. Because this in short already is fitness. But, the term "fitness" as a whole is about health, both physical, mental and dietary. So from my perspective, they are both entirely different. I hope you can understand this. I am tired of people in the fitness/health industry coming up with these "new" ridiculous names for fitness exercise areas that already have "simplified names to them"; why cloud up the area of health with new terms of the same thing???
Even in bodybuilding, new names are coming up for the same exercises that already have targeted names for them. There is no reason for this at all and it tends to confuse all concerned. I can pick over a dozen sports and physical fitness routines that have all these new names added to them for specific exercises and maneuvers in sports that already have had long-standing names given to them long before I was born. So why change them at all? Just to get hip with the times??? come on. I know you must think I am dragging this out. It is not my intention to do so but to help you to not get pulled into this mess by others.
I do not have a particular favorite sport. I love most of them. As for fitness...that is easy to answer. Weight training, Cross Training, Yoga, and Body Building along with a good lite quick digesting diet that promotes longevity, excellent internal health as well.
