Do plan MBA or Masters in relevant technology or general management as technical qualification is acquired.

My advice would to ensure you have the skills required to transfer/educate others your gained knowledge in the form of training and assessing.

Otherwise i would look at specific industry training such as oil&gas,mining,refining.

It depends on your desire and the field you want to join( production, power), but generally I suggest to have Fundamentals of Engineering certificate first
