Prioritize on the call first, since the caller is invisible and needs immediate answers,then the client who is visible and whom you can ask  politely to excuse you a minute to answer a call.you can offer a client a seat as he/she waits.Deliveries may be handled later after the client has been attended to,since clients are customers the hotel needs to keep for repeat business hence fast service,but deliveries can wait since the hotel deals with them time to time
