What motivates you to do reception and administrative work?

I am highly motivated when I am able to help/assist my co-workers and guests or customers with their requirements.  The satisfaction of providing them with their needs and at the same time teaching them with what they require and learning something from them.  And getting the job done correctly and the fulfillment of accomplishing the reports or projects on time.
