Keep your team focused and task orientated. Break your tasks up into smaller, more manageable tasks and manage it from there. This will reduce the stress load on the team.
Secondly, give recognition where recognition is needed, this will give the team the sense of being important to you and also to be proud on their work that they give you. Reduce pressure by standing up for the team, showing that you support them and assist them when they ask for your help.
