Lead by setting examples and develop people with the expertise that you carry.

Remain humble and be open to learning and knowledge as what one may have will only be a drop from the ocean of knowledge.

The Meaning of TEAM is TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVE MORE. Always motivate your team members by highlighing their qualities. Be a good listener and try to resolve team members problem as early as you can. Take their ideas too and keep update your short and long term target to team members. Take initiatives and  build a strong relationship with them but on the other hand make your self strong enough to be always a leader.

A good leader is a good listener with situational awareness. A good leader will try and get the facts correct before making tough decisions. All decisions taken  should  be a step in the right direction and never wait forever to get all answers. If you have all the answers, then it’s not a decision but a foregone conclusion.

Strive to make your team a success not you, when they shine, you shine, when they fail - you get fired!

Hands on is the key, be there with your team as much as possible, early morning and late nights, remember that there is no 'i' in team.
