It is crucial to identify and Target the right customers for our project (products/services). We just can't plan a project without knowing the fact that, who is going to use it? Who will be our customers? Suppose a company plans to launch an app for helping high school kids in their academics, then schools visit will be helpful to targeting the right customers instead of advertising it on print/electronic media.
