Favoritisim is: - (unfair support shown to one person or group, especially by someone in authority)

Leaders should avoid it even if it is due to an employee's good performance cause it will demoralize other team-mambers.

It is bad for business.

Thank you for your invite. It's true that good performers do become favorite of the leader. He starts feeling more confident in assigning challenging assignments to those favorite employees. I personally feel that good performers are leaders achievement and bad performers should be leaders favorite to be given additional training, if they have potential and enthusiasm to cope up with the competition they will come up and continue to serve or they will quit themselves . kindly we have many places and some of leader working by this way but acutely wrong .should be the leader feer with all the teams and evaluated who's good and practical work from the true performance all the team members and contact with them by the same way nicely to achieving all the goals successfully.
