The two of the most important part of customer reviews would be,

1. It affects the way a new potential client or customer views our content or our product. Naturally, positive reviews produce a better outcome and vice versa. There have been researches which have come to a conclusion about the number of people who take reviews and ratings into consideration are Increasing.

2. Positive review and rating increase the chance of our website being on top in search engines. The algorithms of search engines are in a way that they push up results with better reviews, ratings to the top.

So, in conclusion, customer reviews are very important for online marketing.
