Online training gives you the freedom to start and resume your training , unless it is under a time limit.

but the reason i dont apreciate it much because you are online and you will have all the resources in your hands if you want to use to get an answer for any question.

Classroom training for me is the best as you will share your idea and gain another from classmate.

Both classroom and online training have their own advantages but in my view the classroom training is much helpul than the online training.

Thanks for invitation,

It depends on lot of factors part of which:

1- Traning objectives.

2- Training course's subject.

3- Trainees locations.

Both online and classroom raining have their advantages, however, when classroom trning is a viable option, it will always be better, as there's no technology that could beat the feel of the being in the same place with the people you teach and to be able to feel if a connection is made, and read clear facial and body expressions which would allow you to change your strategy/pace if needed. Such level of interaction is not possible through online training, except when getting the feedback after a class is concluded.

Moreover, the classroom training allows attendees to interact with each other with much more ease which would result, in most cases, in greater value for the training.

Some people may prefer the online medium for training, but I would rather train and be trained in a classroom.

Much of the interaction that can take place in an online session or webinar is awkward - either the sound is difficult if using a verbal interface or it takes time to type out your questions and answers.  Technical difficulties on either end could disrupt the session and cause some of the content to be lost.

A classroom setting for training makes it easier for all participants to interact verbally, physically, as well as visually.  Technical difficulties (with datashows, audio-visual aids, etc.) can still occur, but don't have to be catastrophic. I also prefer, as a trainer, to be able to see my participants, look them in the eyes, and tailor the delivery to the folks in the room.

Hey Sara,

Simply the most important point in training is interactive with others, for time being i think the difference between both mentioned training is decreasing,

One of my Achievement through online training is PMP Cert.

Hi Sarah,

To answer your question It depends. One size does not fit all; each training approach has its own strengths and weaknesses. First off, it’s important to keep in mind the needs of your particular business and your particular staff. While advances in technology make online training more accessible, live training is arguably more personal.

Online training has the reputation of being more convenient and cost-effective than classroom training. But is it as effective when it comes to learning “stickiness” and changing behavior.  However, one of the reasons find e-learning particularly effective for retention is that learners can revisit the courses as much as they want at any time for refresher purposes, Plus, students can choose the best time for them to take the online course, according to their timeline and commitments.

People learn in many different ways. Some like reading, others listening, and others watching. An online course can offer many different ways of learning. Images, audio, text, animation, can engage learners.

An online course can take anyway from to% less class time than a traditional course (One minute of classroom time does not equal one minute of online training).

I hope my answer helps you.

Classroom training is more effective than online training. Even though there are some positive and negative aspects of each. Online training provides you time flexibility whereas classroom training program will give you more clarity in every aspects.
