As a manager Its advisable to delegate duties to other members so that they feel they are recognized and their views are also important in decisions making that affect the organization.. In so doing you empower your members to have a sense of acceptance and it will motivate them to do better for they have at the back of mind they are also accountable of the outcome from their decisoins

As a wise manager would think..subordinate responsibility to everyone in your team and make them feel important and responsible for the duties so assigned to them, as if it is their own priority, your work will be done. They will do their tasks competing with each other to qualify for their boss's praises and appraisals. Before anything just clarify what they will get if they do a specific task assigned to them.

In cureent days, managing through straight direction became an old fashioned style. As we all know, good employees do not leave good companies, they leave because of bad managers. As a manager, try to lead from within, give your collaboprators the headlines and open channels for them for innovation. This will give a space for creativity, and in the same time a sence of responsibility that will inspire them avoiding mistakes as the outcomes will be listed under their names.

As long as clear control indicators are being setting, it is the responsibility for collaborators to closely pick up any deviation, and immediately modify / correct same, with some continuous monitoring of the manger to avoid repetition of any deviation in the future.
