You can ask the candidate to walk you through his or her resume.in so doing you will capture much information and be able to tell more of his or her experiences than a one-page resume can provide. The question is also assessing who you are as a person and whether you'll be a good fit with the company's corporate culture. Asking a candidate to walk you through his or her resume is also a greate move because the interviewer want to know whether you can present a comprehensive, yet focused response. Your interviewer is looking to see whether you know what information is essential to communicate, and what is irrelevant.

Hello, it is possible to ask him directly as well as the various motives that made him run for office and in another way he wants incentives and compensations, as this can be done by investigating the contents of the CV, source, method and outputs after success.
