I don't think ...... !
Yes, because if we talk about the office politics its means the work procedures and the routine and the system followed in the administration, there are many things that we do because it is only procedures we follow-up. And the person who will chang must be (influential - decision maker - motivator - leader - visionary) because in this The situation he can change the office politics, but he \\ she must keep in same line with the vision and mission of the company to keep the process going
Every company has its own company culture, which is based on the "national" or country culture.
You can never eliminate office politics but you can control its outcome and consequences.
As a leader and top manager, this is where the politics stop, at my door. I do not encourage politics when it reaches my level and try to be as much unbiased and neutral, never siding with anyone. I also preach my employees to leave their differences and beliefs outside the company.
I don't think office politics can be elimiated, everyone has their own opinions. We need to respect each other and communication from Leaders should filter down to the workers to make it clear that politics in the workplace is not tolerated. If something cannot be sorted out in a civilized way, make an appointment with your HR department, and have it sorted out.
Politics is one of the human been's characteristics he uses it in everywhere office , home street ...etc, but in offices the companies try to minimize usage of politics by Applying a unified policies & procedures for it's staff. just to minimize not to eliminate because the people that putting policies & procedures are human been and they use Politics .
"To err is human. To blame someone else is politics" did you see that in your office ?
