I don't see it happening in major financial production systems. The reason is that with multi-tenent one single SGA (buffer cache, shared pool etc) is shared by multiple databases. so a bad query from one database or a full table scan from one database will cause flush of good data from the caches thus affecting other databases.
Ask yourself do you want to run your core banking on a system where a query other than your application will come and hamper your performance ??
